Aurora Tech Awards For Entrepreneurs is an annual global prize for female founders of technology firms. We believe in tearing down obstacles and encouraging equality in technological entrepreneurship.
Women entrepreneurs in IT confront hurdles such as investor bias, stereotypes, and a lack of role models, which limit their representation. Our objective is to find hidden gems among female-led enterprises and help them shine brilliantly. Join us in developing new, fair standards for the venture community.
If you are a female founder of a tech startup, regardless of industry, and have a workable prototype or an early version of your product, the Aurora Tech Award is for you.

Value and Duration of Award: $60,000
First prize: $30,000.
The second prize is $20,000.
Third place prize: $10,000.
Eligibility 2024 Aurora Technology Awards for Africans
To be eligible for the Aurora Technology Awards, you must:
Female Founder: The startup must be created or co-founded and headed by a woman entrepreneur.
Funding stage: The firm should not have received investments beyond $4 million in funding, including the seed round.
Startups must be under 5 years old. Viable Product (MVP) The startup should have a working prototype. If you have merely an idea, your application will not be evaluated.
