The Alex Otti Foundation Scholarship will be awarded based on a strong personal academic background, leadership potential, and a demonstrated desire to apply newly gained knowledge to social growth.

The Alex Otti Foundation Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity that covers tuition, housing, and living stipends for the duration of the academic session.

Winners should use their talents and knowledge to better the lives of others once they have completed their studies.

Over time, the Foundation intends its scholarship recipients to develop a strong network of leaders who will individually and collectively contribute to the well-being of Abia State in particular, and Nigeria in general.
