Value and duration of the award: Significant stipends are given according on students’ academic standing, with MSc programs starting at 40,000 RUR per month.

- Masters’ programs
- A bachelor’s or specialist degree, or its equivalent, from an approved university.
- For Doctoral programs
- A master’s or specialty degree, or its equivalent, from an approved university.
